Corrections and pricing changes
This is the most useful thing you can send us. Include the review URL, the exact sentence you believe is wrong, and a link to the vendor page that shows the current position. Pricing changes are the most common correction we make and the fastest to process.
If you work for a vendor we cover
You are welcome to tell us that a plan has changed, a limit has moved or a feature has shipped, and we will check it. You cannot preview a review, request a score change, or ask for a review to be delayed pending a launch. Offers of payment, affiliate terms or free enterprise licences are declined and noted.
Reader questions
We cannot tell you which product to buy — that depends on facts about your team we do not have, and it would be advice we are not in a position to give. We can point you to the section of a review that addresses your situation, and we do read requests for products to cover next.
Legal and takedown requests
Identify the requesting party, the authority relied on, the specific URL and the remedy sought. Screenshots of a vendor's own public pricing page, and quotations from public documentation, are used under fair dealing and are not removed on request alone.
